Products & Descriptions

We offer a range of fragrance products including perfumes, body mists, room sprays, pure oud, and attars. We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible.

• Product colours, packaging, and bottle designs may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to lighting and display settings
• Fragrance is subjective — scent perception may differ from person to person
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice
• All products are subject to availability

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
• The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message. This confirms that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order.

• A contract between you and Abhaq is formed only when we dispatch your order
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
• If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan. Delivery timelines, charges, and tracking details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

• Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed
• Abhaq is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your provided address

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Exchange & Return Policy.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
• Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Sale and promotional items are final and not eligible for return or exchange

Intellectual Property
