Our Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this window unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

What Can Be Exchanged or Returned

To be eligible for an exchange or return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Eligible

  • Product is unused and unopened
  • Original factory seal is intact
  • Original packaging and box included
  • All tags, labels and accessories present
  • Request made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong item delivered by Abhaq

Not Eligible

  • Product has been used or opened
  • Seal has been broken or tampered with
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Request made after 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind after opening
  • Purchased during a sale or promotion
  • Product gifted or bought as a gift set

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and quality assurance reasons. This applies to perfumes, attars, body mists, and oud oils.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Follow these simple steps to submit your request. Our team will guide you through the rest.

Send Photos / Evidence

For damaged, defective, or wrong items — attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the shipping label in your email. This helps us process your request faster.

Await Approval (24–48 Hours)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with a decision and next steps.

Return the Product

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide you with a return address. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging before handing it to the courier.

Exchange Dispatched or Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be dispatched within 2–3 business days or your refund initiated within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Damaged or Defective Products

We take extreme care in packaging all orders. However, if your item arrives broken, leaking, or defective:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographs
  • Do not dispose of the packaging or product — we will need them for the claim
  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund
  • Resolution is typically completed within 5–7 business days of confirmation

  • Abhaq Fragrances reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the stated conditions
  • All returned products go through a quality inspection before an exchange or refund is approved
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales or bundle offers are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • We do not accept returns for fragrance sensitivity or personal scent preference — we recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • Abhaq reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website
