Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team carefully packs your fragrances to ensure they travel safely.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location within Pakistan. Below are our estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

These are estimated timelines and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Abhaq Fragrance is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact amount will be shown before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • An SMS notification with your tracking number and courier name
  • An email confirmation with a direct tracking link (if email is provided at checkout)
  • You can also track via the courier's official website using your tracking ID

Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the address provided.

  • If the first attempt fails, the courier will contact you to reschedule
  • If both attempts fail, the parcel will be held at the nearest courier hub for 3 business days
  • After 3 days, unclaimed parcels will be returned to Abhaq Fragrance
  • Re-shipping fees will apply for orders returned due to failed delivery caused by incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging all orders. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items — include clear photos of the packaging and product
  • For lost parcels, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with our courier partner and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) within 5–7 business days
